The constant ebb and flow of the economy
During the most recent negotiations with IG Metall regarding remuneration levels, it was almost as if the human instinct for self-preservation by suppressing unpleasant memories had taken hold. All those times of crisis (which were overcome by working together) in which the focus was squarely on security and retaining jobs seemed to have been forgotten. For a very long time, the economic barometer accurately forecast positive trends. So most people found it hard to imagine that this trend might be reversed and that there might be tough times ahead.

One celebration, two occasions
It has long been a tradition and integral part of our corporate culture: The Christmas tree festival at the nass magnet GmbH company premises in Hanover. Every year, employees, families, shareholders and former colleagues, gather to celebrate the past year together. Fuelled by mulled wine and pea soup, they can then search for the most beautiful Christmas tree and continue to celebrate the season at home. However, 2018 was a little different. Current development project
The new solenoid valve (3/2 way NC) is to be used in a pneumatic control unit. This controls different pneumatic cylinders in heavy goods vehicles, which in turn are connected with the gearbox mechanics. This replaces a hand on the gear lever, so to speak. In addition, the valve primarily serves to save fuel and keep emissions in commercial vehicles below threshold values in future.
